Shipping policy


All our products are handmade. Our current lead time is 1-5 days

If you need your order quickly, please select Express shipping and leave a note at checkout. If you have a query regarding your order please reach out to us at hello@happymagicplay.com. Once orders are shipped we cannot guarantee delivery times with Australia Post. You will receive an email with your tracking number.

Happy Magic Play will not be held responsible for any incorrect or old shipping addresses used. Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you use ShopPay to pay for your items, please ensure you use the correct saved address.

Domestic / Australian Shipping
All orders will be shipped via Australia Post.  All items will be sent with tracking and a tracking number sent to you. We cannot be held responsible for delays through Australia Post and we will not be liable for any issues with your parcel once it is in the hands of Australia Post. If you are experiencing an issue with your delivery, please contact us and we will help you work with Australia Post to resolve the issue.

International Shipping

Unclaimed items: Please keep an eye on your tracking. If your order is unclaimed and returned to us, we will only refund your order minus the shipping fee. We also reserve the right to charge the customer for any return postage charges for unclaimed items.
