All our potion kit ingredients are handmade. Our current processing time is 2-3 weeks (it will resume to 1-5 days in late January). If you need your order quickly, please select Express shipping and leave a note at checkout (this will speed up shipping not processing time). If you have a query regarding your order please reach out to us at hello@happymagicplay.com  Once orders are shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Express Shipping

Express Postage is $11.95 in Australia. This is to cover the cost of express shipping. (You will still need to allow current processing time)

Unclaimed items: Please keep an eye on your tracking. If your order is unclaimed and returned to us, we will only refund your order minus the shipping fee.

Returns

We hope you love your order from us. Unfortunately we do not currently offer returns for change of mind or if you provide us with the wrong information for your order. Please contact us within 5 days if you have any issues with your product on arrival, if any items arrive damaged or if you believe the order is not as described on our website. We can then organise an exchange or refund.
